We require a deposit for all services that is applied to your service and is fully refundable up to 24hr prior to appointment time. Deposit are non-refundable for no shows and same day cancellations.
If you are sick or under the weather, please let us know so we can reschedule your appointment. Getting a facial while sick is not recommended and in some cases can make you feel worse.
Gratuities are not included in the price of services, memberships or packages. Gratuities are graciously accepted if you wish to show appreciation for a job well done or service enjoyed.
It really doesn’t matter what you wear to your facial appointment, since you’ll likely be asked to change into a gown or robe, but the best rule of thumb is to dress comfortably.
There isn’t too much you need to do to prepare for a facial the day or week before, but there are a few things to note.
LATE ARRIVALS
It is best to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. If you arrive later than 15min than the scheduled start time, your appointment will have to be rescheduled. Please keep in mind that your deposit will not be refunded.
In order to get the most of your treatment, please be on time!
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
Your appointment is very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Deposits are non-refundable for same day cancellations.
SICK OR FEELING UNWELL
If you are sick or under the weather, please let us know so we can reschedule your appointment. Getting a facial while sick is not recommended and in some cases can make you feel worse.
Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services.
Some treatments are not recommended for guests who have certain conditions. For your safety we require a doctor’s clearance before beginning treatment, particularly in the face of the following conditions:
• Cancer
• Cardiovascular conditions, including high or low blood pressure
• Swollen or painful lymph nodes
• Undiagnosed skin rash or thrombosis
• New injury of any kind
• Open sores
• Arthritis (osteo- or rheumatoid)
• Diabetes
• Blood Disorder and Disease
Please note that individuals who have received Botox or Dermal fillers (any injectables), chemical peels, micro-needling, micro-blading, permanent makeup/tattoo, cosmetic treatments with laser or ultrasound, Must wait at least 2 weeks before any facial treatment can be performed.
Due to our limited seating, the facility is reserved for clients only. We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the treatment areas or the relaxation areas of the spa including those complying with our age restriction policy. For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, this policy is strictly enforced.
Guest must be 12 years of age or older, minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. All guests under the age of 18 must bring a signed consent form.
